Bridgestone Arena (originally Nashville Arena, and formerly the Gaylord Entertainment Center and Sommet Center) is a versatile site in downtown Nashville, Tennessee, which was completed in 1996, and is home to the Nashville Predators of the National Hockey League.

The Bridgestone Arena ticket office concludes contracts with Ticketmaster and Experience for the sale, resale or distribution of tickets to all Bridgestone Arena events. If you bought from another supplier or from another party and you have troubles with the delivery or validity of your tickets, contact them to solve this problem. If it is difficult for you to find out from whom you bought tickets, it’s recommended to check the statements by e-mail and by credit card.

The Bridgestone Arena ticket office is situated right at the main entrance to the Bridgestone Arena, on the corner of 5th and Broadway, in the center of Nashville. Parking meters along 5th or Broadway in front of the arena allow you to use the nearest parking, but within walking distance there are also several squares in the city center.

If you want to leave tickets at our ticket office for making a claim to the other party, each envelope will be charged $ 5 for each envelope. This fee is not charged to Predators season ticket holders and Bridgestone Arena apartment owners.

Secondary ticket market

Ticketmaster is the ONLY authorized Bridgestone Arena ticket agent. If you buy tickets from an unauthorized agent in the secondary market (Scalper, Ticket Broker, eBay, etc.), you risk purchasing fake or invalid tickets.

Children’s tickets

For all Predators games, concerts and all family shows, except Sesame Street :
all children who are under 2 years old do not need a ticket, but they must sit on the lap of the ticket holder. All children from 2 years old need a ticket to enter. This policy depends on other events.

Sesame Street Live

All children who have not reached the first birthday do not need a ticket, but they must sit on the lap of the ticket holder. All children from 1 year and older require an entrance ticket.

How to get there?

The Bridgestone Arena is situated in the eastern part of downtown Nashville, just a few blocks north of junction I-40/I-24. There are exits from each interstate arena, and routes are well marked. Game parking is available at one of the following public zones surrounding the area.

2. Alley of Arts. Parking is available for all Predators games and can be bought in advance for $10. Location: The 5th Avenue of the art garage is situated on the corner of 5th Avenue and the church (up the hill from Bridgestone Arena).

Arena Construction
