Ninth inning
What is ninth inning in baseball?
The ninth inning is decisive in the game. Usually, it’s the final one without the bottom one, or the game will stop immediately if the home team is leading after the top of that inning or gets enough points to tie or get the lead before the completion of three outs. This expression moved outside the ballpark and now means the project is near its end.
